We encourage with each visit a pre-treatment workout in our gym to get the
endorphins flowing and take a post treatment dip and doze pool side in one of
our cabanas.
Our team of modern-day Alchemist’s are here to deliver ancient healing
practices from the past combined with modern day skincare advancements.

Level 4 of the hotel is the heartbeat of our wellbeing haven spanning THE M SPA, a state-of-the-art gym, an outdoor pool, and deck-side wellness classes in Dubai Media City.
Light, modern and with a sense of warm is the mood of our single treatment rooms, each is designed with their own ensuite bathroom, or experience treatments side by side with a loved one or a friend in our couple’s spa treatment room.
Pre and post treatment facilities include separate male and female saunas and steam rooms designed to melt away one’s stresses.
